Collette married Rashleigh Ball in 1932.
Collette and Rashleigh had four children: Charles, Jeanne, Sylvia, and Terry.
Collette passed on January 3, 2004, Bellevue, Nebraska.
Survived by daughters, Sylvia and husband, George Thompson, Bellevue, NE, Jeanne and husband, Gene Stickley, Havertown, PA; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, Rashleigh; son, Charles; daughter, Mary Therese Lindstrom.
Vigil Service was at 7 PM on Tuesday, January 6, 2004, Bellevue Memorial Chapel, 22nd and Hancock, Bellevue, NE. The funeral was held at St. Mary Catholic Church, Bellevue, Nebraska, at 10 AM on Wednesday, January 7, 2004. Interment Bellevue Cemetery.
And so passes the last, and possibly the fairest, of that generation ... may you bring as much joy to Heaven as you brought to us on earth.
