I have not been able to identify this ribbon, yet. The official list of military awards shows this as representing the Distinguished Flying Cross, which wasn't established until 1926.
I hope that when I am able to obtain Dad's military record, it will provide a clue what this ribbon actually represents, if it belongs here at all.
